END OF TITULIA? SITE CREATORS EXPOSED AS FRAUDS

TITULIA CITY (TNC News) | President TJ Norton announced that Admin and the co-founders of Titulia, Barzika Corporation are frauds. They have been apparently been trying to use the tollar system to generate revenue from citizens for personal use. The President has encouraged anyone who paid for Titulian Services to contact him immediately at tj@darkunity.net and to contact Police immediately.

Pres. Norton is preparing legal action against “Admin” and the Barzika Corporation.

The President also unveiled some info courtesy of Barzika Corp.’s website:

I thought they were tired .. run down .. or something important. It turns out it's more than that.

titulia.com was allegedly registered to a company called the "Barzika Corporation", registered in Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. Through a good legal network a number of facts have been uncovered and I advise any and all citizens to think about calling their international law enforcement agency.

According to barzika.com - their "company website" - their details are:

Now here's the problems:

1. "Barzika Corporation" isn't registered anywhere in the British Virgin Islands, the US Virgin Islands or any state in the United States.

2. The phone details trace back to Bowling Green, Ohio, USA - not Tortola or anywhere IN the BVI.

3. Companies based in Mill Mall Tower in Tortola, British Virgin Islands - including "Barzika's" PO Box - are on the Australian Securities and Investment's Commission ScamWatch list!

4. The registration number of the "company" provided on Titulia's ToS page has been checked through Dun and Bradstreet Credibility and it's not registered to any of the details provided for BVI or the United States.

5. It's against the Terms of Service of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) to provide false details on a domain registration made through an ICANN-accredited provider.

So what have they done?

Correct - it's not fraud to pay someone money and dream up expectations.

What IS fraudulent is getting people to pay money by providing false identity details and I cite the allegedly fake "Barzika Corporation" that isn't registered either in the United States or the British Virgin Islands. The fraud links to the PayPal account being registered to Barzika as proven by PayPal's payment confirmation as follows:

It appears we have been swindled – considering Admin has not been seen since the new site was introduced last Summer.

Mr. Norton ended the letter with the following statement:

“I can handle tools and morons but I won't cop being deceived. If anyone's else has paid money to these frauds - I welcome each and every user to contact me by e-mail at tj@darkunity.net and we'll take up an international class action (some of our citizens are lawyers who uncovered this to begin with).

Alternatively .. contact your local police agency and lodge a complaint.

It goes without saying .. I resign this fraudulent website and I hope all involved get used to soap and a short rope.

IS THIS THE END OF TITULIA? We certainly hope not. Perhaps we can continue using the site since tollars are essentially worthless.

OR…We could establish our own legitimate website. It would take a lot of work, but Titulia should not die this way.

JI TO MAKE FIRST ACT AS LDR AN LRP APOLOGY

TITULIA CITY (RNC Daily) | Incoming RNC Leader JI981993 (R-Con)’s office announced that his first act as RNC Leader would be a private apology to LRP Leader TJ Norton, followed by a public one to be published on the RNC Daily.

Mr. JI is expected to apologize on behalf of the RNC Leadership a year ago that formed the LRP.

He has also been taking steps to prevent the same actions that led to the creation of the LRP.

The RNC’s new slogan no longer features the word “Conservative”, as the RNC ideology war was one of the factors that led to the creation of the LRP in Early-Mid 2010.

PRESIDENT NORTON’S GEN COURT CONFIRMED

TITULIA CITY (TNC Newswire) | President Norton’s General Court nominees have all passed confirmation, albeit with a tight margin.

Former Presidents Dennis McVicker and Reformer won their respective seats by 2 votes.

Outgoing Vice Pres. Renee Buchanan won her seat by 3 votes and Outgoing Attorney Gen. Reg C Ambrose won his seat by 4 votes.

Pres. Norton announced that he would not find a replacement for Justice Buchanan, but is actively looking for a new Attorney General.

This makes the whole General Court appointed by Pres. Norton (LRP). However, the Court is expected to be generally fair due to past disagreements between Justice Reformer (then-VP Reformer’s leaked e-mails concerning then-AG Ambrose) and Justice McVicker (who has generally not had the best relationship with the President – see November 2010 Election).

RPT: FORMER PRES. JULIAN TO SETTLE PRESIDENTIAL RUMOR ON TNC NEWS SHOW

TITULIA CITY (RNC Daily) | Rumors of Former Pres. Julian (UP)’s Presidential ambitions will reportedly be settled tomorrow on his TNC News show, Julian Live.

TNC Live has confirmed that the show will be airing live on the network tomorrow at approx. 9 PM US-EDT.

This will be Julian’s first 2011 show and is expected to dispel or confirm Mr. Julian’s presidential ambitions.

TNC News is reporting Mr. Julian is interested in running if incumbent Pres. TJ Norton (LRP) does not run for re-election.

The RNC Daily can confirm Mr. Julian’s campaign site has registered the domain name “www.bit.ly/julian4titulia” recently. It currently re-directs to his Legislative campaign site; which was also his Presidential campaign site in June 2010.

TNC has confirmed it will not aggressively advertise the return of Julian Live on the request of the Former President. Meaning, he may not want a large audience listening in to his live broadcast.

JI: TCMC TO SHUT DOWN WITHIN A YEAR

TITULIA CITY (RNC Daily) | Former TCMC Chairman JI981993 (R-Con) exclusively told the RNC Daily that he predicts his former company will collapse or shut down by the end of this year.

Mr. JI was ousted by now-TCMC Chairman Julian (UP) in December 2010. JI also succeeded him in May 2010 after Mr. Julian became Press Secretary in the Money administration.

JI says that there has been a recent downward trend in TCMC-owned papers and “essentially, there is NO MORE programming in TNC Live”.

JI says Former Pres. Luxis Avaram (Ind) has not renewed his contract with the network for his TNC News show Luxis on the Air and the TNC News staff have essentially grown tired of producing the network’s shows.

The former TCMC Chairman says new TCMC Chairman Julian is “essentially the only one working at TCMC right now.”

However, Mr. JI himself remains Head Editor of TCMC owned Titulian Conservative.

JI claims TCMC will delay or cancel the launch of the Titulian Courant due to an essential lack of interest. 

ALERT: Incoming RNC Leader to issue LRP apology

TITULIA CITY (RNC Daily) | In the wake of a new RNC, Incoming RNC Leader JI981993 (R-Con) announced that he would formally issue an apology to the LRP regarding last year’s fiasco regarding ideology.

Mr. JI regrets seeing such a split from the RNC and wants the RNC to move forward from many of last year’s mistakes.

JI wants to rebuild a damaged party after Luxis Avaram and Julian both left the dying party, in need of dire repair.
